But, above all, was honest and transparent. In fact, I have just described Luke Shaw, of Starline Bathrooms, who has just completed a complicated renovation project for us on time, within cost, to an exceptionally high standard and we would not hesitate to employ him again. " The quality of customer service & workmanship provided by Starline Bathrooms are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Luke & his dad and the wonderful Tina in ensuring that I was happy with every aspect of the work. The work was completed on time & everything was left clean & tidy. An issue with low hot water pressure required some additional work but the solution recommended by Luke resulted in a much improved outcome. An example of the pride Luke takes in his work was his suggestion that the inclusion of a new ceiling & bathroom light would further enhance the new bathroom which he offered to install free of charge and which I gratefully accepted. Luke’s mum Tina provides the contact & administrative support for Luke & performs the task efficiently & with great empathy. " I was very happy with Starline Bathrooms Ltd from the initial consultation where I requested both ideas and then quotation, through the actual work being carried out to the completion. Previously a standard bathroom with bath only, the room was transformed to include: new freestanding bath with floor-standing tap/shower attachment; shower cubicle with overhead and flexible shower heads; sink with fitted under cabinet and matching mirrored wall cabinets; floating shelving; toilet; radiator; LED mirror; new floor tiling (previously carpeted!) and half-height wall tiling with the exception of full height tiling in the shower. This was a major refurbishment and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results. Luke was always punctual, polite and friendly and together with his Dad he made sure to leave the property as tidy as was practical during the works and at the completion. Thankyou Starline! "
